How soon will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does shipping take? Do you offer next-day delivery?

Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–6 business days after your order ships (deliveries to AK/PR/HI/VI and other remote areas may take longer). Next-day service may be available in select areas for an additional fee

Which carrier will deliver my order—can I choose?

We ship with USPS, FedEx, Amazon shipping, or another carrier as appropriate. Carrier selection is typically automatic based on your location. At this time, we’re not able to accept requests for a specific carrier.

Do you ship to P.O. Box?

At this time, wedo not ship to P.O.Box. /military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Pleaseuse a physical street address( including apartment/ suite number if application).

How do I get my tracking number? How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Go to the website homepage, scroll to the footer,click “Order Tracking”, and enter your tracking number to view the latest shipping status.

Why isn’t my tracking updating yet?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing updates after shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

Please email support@ganzoom.com as soon as possible. Address changes aren’t always possible once an order has been fulfilled or handed off to the carrier.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If an order has not been processed/shipped, we can usually help cancel or modify it.

Once shipped, cancellations/changes are generally not possible. You may request a return if eligible under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages (with multiple tracking numbers)?

Some items may ship separately due to inventory or fulfillment locations, so you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking.

Tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t have my package—what should I do?

First, check around your home/building (mailroom, parcel lockers, neighbors) and contact the carrier.

If you still can’t locate it, email support@ganzoom.com within 7 business days of the delivery scan and we’ll help start a carrier investigation.
